How can I order ?
When you are surfing on our website, place the items that you will to order in your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to cart. When your selection is done, access to your cart by clicking to you cart on the right top of the page and by clicking on "CHECKOUT" to access to the final page where you will indicate your delivery details and choose your payment options. Your order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation email .
How can I get a promo code ?

How can I know my delivery date ?

Can I choose the delivery date of my order ?
We will do our best to respect our commitments in terms of delivery. However the delivery totally depends on our forwarder organisation. Thus it is impossible for us to grant an exact date or hour of delivery. However we can organise a delivery with appointment for all orders shipped on pallet. If you need this option, please send us a message in the message space when you place your order.
