A mistake can happen ! Our only concern is your satisfaction.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

You just need to send us an email to inform us about your return decision.

Once we receive your return enquiry, you will receive an email explaining the return policy and the return address. You have 10 calendar days to return the goods.

All returns must be noticed to our customer service before shipment. Any item received without prior agreement will be refused.

After checking the perfect conditions of the returned goods, your order is refunded within 48h to 10 days maximum. The return shipping fee remain at your charge.

For the heavy loads we can organize the return shipment for you (the shipping fee remaining at your charge).

The right of return applies on fabrics sold by the meter, provided they have not been cut or tailored.

Bespoke products and/or produced to your measure/colours/pattern are excluded from the return policy.

Obviously if one of our product is presenting a fault (including bespoke products) we will proceed to the replacement or the full refund of our charges, including shipping fees.

We remind you that in case the right of return applies, the returned item shall be in a perfect condition and packed in its original packaging, suitable for a new commercialization. The returned form shall be sent with teh returned goods. Any damaged product (including damaged packaging) will not be returned or exchanged.
